知识准备

同学们，你们知道以下常见字母的含义吗？

１.Ｘ：在代数中代表第一个未知数；在几何中代表横坐标；在化学中代表一种元素的符号；表示数值时是０；在衣服、鞋帽等标签上表示大号；在X-ray（Ｘ光）学中表示一种射线；在啤酒商标上表示酒度。

２.Ｙ：用于钱币表示“元”；在代数中是第二个未知数；在几何中代表纵坐标。

３.Ｒ：在电视画面上表示“慢动作镜头重播”；在进口商品说明书中表示“注册商标”；在几何学和工程学中表示“半径”；在电学中表示“电阻”；在气体物理学中表示“气体常数”；在处方上表示“取下列药品”。

知识点一：this这；这个(指靠近说话人的人物或事物，可以单独使用，也可与单数名词连用)

that那；那个(指远离说话人的人物或事物，可以单独使用，也可与单数名词连用)如：

（2）This/That book is my book.这/那本是我的。

知识点二：What’s this in English?这个用英语怎么说？

in 用……方法、材料、手段

（1）Please say it in English.请用英语说它。

How如何；怎么(疑问词表示做事的方式)

（1）How do you know his name?你怎么知道他的名字？
